Spencer Panchik is an American CrossFit athlete, fitness trainer, coach, and media personality. He is best known for competing in CrossFit Central Regional twice, in 2017 as a team competitor and in 2018 as an individual. He is also popular for finishing 19th in the US and 36th worldwide in the 2020 CrossFit Open.
Spencer was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, USA along with his family and relatives. He attended a local school and completed graduation. Being athletic from a young age like his brother Scott and Saxon, he also chose to be a professional CrossFit athlete. He began his CrossFit journey in 2009 along with his brothers. In 2014, he gained initial recognition as a CrossFit athlete after completing in CrossFit Team Series for CrossFit Mentality – Team Mentality.
