Will a short break make this routine less effective?
Complete this exercise as fast as you can. In case if you are not able to move too fast, you can always slow down or take a break if you need a chance to catch your breath. If by any means you are moving too fast, move as fast as you can just as long as you maintain the proper form and complete the full speed for each step. A short break will significantly not reduce the effectiveness of the exercise, and it is better (and safer) to do this workout right than to run with weak or opioid forms.
How often can I do this routine?
Because it’s basically high-intensity interval training (HIIT) without the rest of the period, and due to intense plyometric practice, you do not want to do this routine daily of the week. The body needs time for healing in these workouts. So in a week, you can do this exercise 3-4 times, do rest yourself when your muscles are sore. As always, be sure to mix things up; for best results, you will need a combination of different intensities of total body strength training and cardio training.
Calorie burn estimate
We guess that the total body exercise burn calories between 187-306. Although there are many variables specific to each person that affect your actual spending. Make sure you reach the top of this assumption limit by pushing yourself as hard as possible throughout the whole routine. The calories you burn will also depend on your body weight, muscle mass, sex, etc.
