Step by step instructions:

Follow the below-mentioned steps while making the soup…

Step1: Melt the butter on the top of a large oven with medium or high heat. Now add onion, celery, garlic, and cook until and unless they become smooth. It may take around 5 minutes. Then add sirloin and cook until and unless the meat becomes browned and the vegetable is soft. The estimated time will be around 10 minutes.

Step2: Take a bowl. Add 1 cup water and flour. Now shake them until and unless they become smooth.

Step3: In a slow cooker add tomato puree, chicken juice, beef juice, flour mixture, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, hot sauce, bay leaves, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir. Cook over low heat for 4 hours.

Step4: Now put lemon juice and cook for 30 minutes, churning occasionally. Remove bay leaves before serving. Shake in eggs, sherry, and parsley. Garnish with lemon slices and thyme as desired. Now serve as early as you can.

Note: Instead of churning in the pot, the sherry can be served on the side and served on top of the soup of choice. Simply divide the cup into smaller cups for each guest.
