Adam Wright is a popular personal trainer and fitness influencer. He is known for achieving the title of Master Trainer. He found his own business, Wright Fitness in the year 2017. Besides his fitness career, Adam is famous U.S. Army. Moreover, he also achieved numerous followers on his self-titled different social sites, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others.
Career and Journey
He started his career as a 24 Hour fitness after receiving certification as a NESTA personal trainer in the year 2013. He quickly moved up the ranks and achieved the title of Master Trainer in just two years, amassing over 2,000 hours of training clients in that time. Later leaving the company to found his own business, Wright Fitness in the year 2017, he was the Fitness Manager.
Talking about his social platforms, he found success on TikTok in the year 2020 where he received nearly 1 million followers. He has coached thousands of clients around the world to success and specializes in helping people get fit while also escaping toxic diet culture. Adam spent much of his life battling diet culture and his weight.
As a child, he was frequently bullied for being overweight, which continued into high school and ultimately led to him developing an eating disorder. While in recovery after graduating high school, he consistently found himself yo-yo dieting; gaining and losing the same 20 lbs. every few months, even during his 3-year career as a medic in the U.S. Army, including a 12-month deployment in Iraq.
While his time in the military didn’t do anything to better his relationship with food and exercise, it did help him realize that he had a knack for healing people. This planted the seed that would grow into his immense passion for helping others.
Education and Degree
Talking about his educational qualification, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in AS in Math and Science, an AS in Communication, Media, and Languages, and an AS in Humanities, Philosophy, and Arts. Besides these, Adam has received a CPT certification.
